problems

cotton fabrics are usually treated with a high concentration of alkali to remove impurities (especially the higher amount of mercerin). it is not easy for alkali to get into the fiber, and it is also necessary to add alkali in dyeing (reactive vat dyes), so the cloth surface may be alkaline in finishing.however, chemical fiber fabrics should be cleaned by reduction after dyeing. at present, the printing and dyeing factory is still using safety powder and caustic soda for cleaning. if the cleaning is not clean, the soft front cloth will also be covered with caustic soda.while ordinary silicone oil is not alkali resistant, under alkaline conditions will demulsify, which is the factory in the process of soft dip rolling through the thousands of meters after the occurrence of sticky roller.therefore, the soft front cloth must be washed with alkali or added with acetic acid in the working liquid, keeping the ph of the rolling trough 5-6.

condensation problem

cotton dyes, brighteners are mostly anion type, and cotton whitening is basically completed on the molding machine.additional dyeing cloth when light is wrong need to fine tune the color, repairing color usually when the soft finishing agent on the additional small dye or paint, and factories use normal general silicone oil (weak cationic) will produce charge attract reaction of yin and yang, cause condensation and sticky roller, and anion silicone oil feel softness and can not meet the requirements, cause confusion of the factory.charge consistency must be considered in machining.

the temperature problem

the speed of finalize machine
when the factory is making some thin fabrics, the speed of setting is very fast, sometimes up to 60 meters/min. due to poor permeability of ordinary silicone oil, the silicone oil flows backwards on the roll, resulting in sticky roll.pay attention to replace the working fluid in the rolling groove, wipe the roll frequently.
